Detection principle:
Esterases that are highly sensitive to pesticides can catalyze the hydrolysis of indophenol acetate to acetic acid and indophenol(blue).Due to the inhibitory effect of organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides on enzyme activity,the catalytic hydrolysis process is changed,thus determining the residual situation of pesticides.
Note:Please refer to the standard GB/T5009.199-2003 of the People's Republic of China for rapid detection of residues of organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides in vegetables.
Explanation:
Scallions,garlic,radishes,chives,celery,coriander,water bamboo shoots,mushrooms,and tomato juice contain plant secondary substances that affect enzymes and are prone to false positives.When processing such samples,whole plant(body)vegetable extraction or surface determination method can be used.For some vegetables with high chlorophyll content,this method can also be adopted to reduce the interference of pigments.
Storage:
Frozen(or refrigerated)storage with a shelf life of one year;After opening the small bag,it must be sealed before storage and used up as soon as possible.
