  [Product Introduction]
  Chloramphenicol is an antibiotic produced by Streptomyces velutipes and belongs to the broad-spectrum antibacterial class.It is a medicine for treating typhoid and paratyphoid fever,and one of the characteristics of treating anaerobic bacterial infections.Due to serious adverse reactions to the hematopoietic system,it should be used with caution.
  This product is used for rapid detection of chlorine residues in tissue samples of aquatic products(such as fish,shrimp,etc.),and the entire detection process only takes about 30 minutes.It is suitable for testing in various enterprises and institutions.

  Sample processing
  1.Take a certain amount of chopped tissue samples of defatted aquatic products and homogenize them using a homogenizer;
  2.Weigh approximately 2g of homogeneous material into a 15mL centrifuge tube;
  3.Add 3mL of ester into a centrifuge tube containing meat sample;
  4.Mix thoroughly for 3 minutes,centrifuge at 3000r/min for 3 minutes;
  5.After centrifugation,take 2ml of the supernatant solution into a 5ml centrifuge tube and blow dry with a nitrogen blower or hair dryer;
  6.Take 0.2ml of the substrate complex solution and wash it in a centrifuge tube.Dissolve it thoroughly to obtain the solution to be tested;
  [Usage Steps]
  1.Before testing,read the instruction manual completely.Before use,restore the test card and sample solution to room temperature of 4-30℃.
  2.Remove the testing card from the original packaging bag and use it as soon as possible within one hour after opening.
  3.Place the detection card flat,use a dropper to absorb the solution of the sample to be tested,slowly and vertically add 2-3 drops into the sample well,and start timing after adding the sample.
  4.The result should be read within 3-5 minutes,and interpretation at other times is invalid.Determine the result based on the schematic diagram.
  【Result judgment】
  Negative:The T-line(test line)is deeper or the same as the C-line(control line),indicating that the concentration of chloramphenicol in the sample is below the detection limit or does not contain chloramphenicol.
  Positive:If the T-line is lighter than the C-line,or if the T-line shows no color,it indicates that the concentration of chloramphenicol in the sample is higher than the detection limit;The shallower the T-line,the higher the concentration of chloramphenicol in the sample
  Invalid:The absence of quality control line C indicates improper operation or the reagent kit has failed.In this case,carefully read the instructions again and retest with a new reagent kit.If the problem persists,immediately stop using this batch of products and contact the local supplier.
  Limitations of testing methods
  1.This product is only a qualitative detection method and its concentration cannot be determined.
  2.This product is only for preliminary screening use,and the test results cannot be used as a basis for diagnosis.Two analytical methods must be used to determine the results,and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS)is currently the better method for confirming analysis.

  This product has no cross reactivity with other types.
  Precision
  Simultaneously using this product and chloramphenicol liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry tandem mass spectrometry,150 samples,including 94 negative samples and 56 positive samples,were tested.The test results showed that the conformity rate between this product and mass spectrometry was 99%.
  【Precautions】
  1.Please use the testing card once within its shelf life;
  2.Avoid direct sunlight and direct fan blowing during testing;
  3.Try not to touch the white film surface in the center of the detection card;
  4.Sampling droppers should not be mixed to avoid cross contamination;
  5.If there is precipitation or turbidity in the sample to be tested,please centrifuge before testing;
  6.Please contact the supplier for any issues encountered during the experiment.

  1.The original packaging should be stored at 4~40℃,in a cool,dark,and dry place,and should not be frozen
