  1、Summary
  Chlorpyrifos,also known as chlorpyrifos,is a broad-spectrum insecticide that has good control effects on various chewing and sucking mouthparts pests on rice,wheat,cotton,fruit trees,vegetables,and tea trees.It is highly toxic to aquatic organisms and may have adverse effects on the water environment during the growth period.
  This test strip is a new generation pesticide residue detection product developed using colloidal gold technology.Compared with instrumental analysis technology,it has the characteristics of being fast,simple,and low-cost,with an operation time of only 20 minutes.
  2、Experimental principle
  The colloidal gold test strip uses nitrocellulose membrane as a solid-phase carrier and colloidal gold as a tracer marker.Under the chromatographic action of nitrocellulose membrane,the colloidal gold labeled antibody recognizes the antigen or secondary antibody and is tracked by gold nanoparticles,displaying visible red or purple bands,achieving qualitative and semi quantitative analysis of the analyte.
  3、Applicable scope
  This product is suitable for qualitative detection of chlorpyrifos poisoning in fruit and vegetable samples.

  10 test strips,1 bottle of sample extraction solution,and 1 instruction manual.
  6、Sample pre-treatment steps:
  (1)The sample should be restored to room temperature of 20-25℃before testing;
  (2)Sample processing method:
  Vegetable and regular fruit samples
  1)Cut the sample into small pieces or small pieces smaller than 1cm before testing;
  2)Weigh 2.0±0.05g of the chopped sample into a 15mL centrifuge tube,and add 4mL of sample extraction solution to it;
  3)Close the lid,manually shake for 30 seconds,let it stand for 1 minute to obtain the sample solution to be tested,and directly take a sample of the solution to be tested.
  Note:The types of test samples refer to the national standard GB 2763-2016,except for lemon and kumquat.
  7、Operation steps
  (1)Take out the required number of test strips from the original packaging bag,and use them as soon as possible within one hour after opening;
  (2)Sample to be tested liquid 60μL(or 2-3 drops taken with a dropper)is dropped vertically into the sample well;
  (3)Start timing when the liquid flows,react for 10 minutes,and interpret the results.If it exceeds 10 minutes,the results can be used as a reference.
  8、Precautions
  (1)The cutting tool used to cut the sample should be cleaned every time the sample is tested to avoid cross contamination.After processing,the remaining sample extraction solution and unused extraction solution should be properly handled to prevent children from coming into contact;
  (2)The dilution and addition time of the standard should not exceed 2 minutes.After adding the standard,the sample extraction solution should be added immediately,and no more than 4 samples should be processed at once;
  (3)When sampling,it is required to ensure the representativeness of the sample.The sample should be used within 5 minutes after processing,and after a long time,the sample needs to be retested;
  (4)Do not mix extracts from different projects with test strips of different batch numbers.This test strip is a disposable product and should not be reused;
  (5)The test results of this product are for reference only.If confirmation is required,please refer to relevant standard methods.
  9、Result judgment
  Negative(-):If the color of the T-line is darker or consistent than that of the C-line,it indicates that the concentration of chlorpyrifos in the sample is below the detection limit.
  Positive(+):If the color on the T-line is lighter than that on the C-line or not,it indicates that the concentration of chlorpyrifos in the sample is equal to or higher than the detection limit.
  Invalid:The absence of a C-line indicates an incorrect operation process or the test strip has become invalid.In this case,carefully read the instruction manual again and retest with a new test strip.

  The use of this product to test for 10mg/kg of imidacloprid,third class,all tested negative.
  11、Storage and expiration date
  Storage conditions:Store the test strips in a cool,dark,and dry environment at 4~30℃.
  Validity period:The product is valid for 12 months
