Rapid detection of pesticide residues using Cannon rapid detection card, fruit and vegetable pesticide residue testing paper
View:542 Add Time:2024-03-07
Executive standard GB/T5009.199-2003
Detection principle:
For pesticide enzymes, they can catalyze the hydrolysis of indophenol acetate to acetic acid and indophenol(blue).Due to the inhibitory effect of organophosplet it stand for more than 2 minutes.
3.Insert the rapid test card into the detector(with the red tablet at the top),drop two drops of sample extraction solution onto the white tablet, then press to start, and react for 10 minutes(after 10 minutes, the surface of the tablet must be kept moist, and if necessary, add another drop).
4.Cover the instrument cover(fold the speedometer card in half),color it for 3 minutes, then open it to see the result.
5.It is recommended to set up a blank control card for distilled water for each batch of measurements as a reference.
Result determination:
If the white tablets remain unchanged and the blue color is strongly positive,it indicates that the pesticide residue is relatively serious;A slight blue indicates positivity;Light blue indicates weak positivity, indicating relatively low pesticide residue levels; If the white tablet turns sky blue or matches the blank control card,it is a negative result.
Note:Please refer to the Chinese standard GB/T5009.199-2003"Rapid detection of residues of organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides in vegetables"for details.
Explanation:
Scallions, garlic, radishes, chives, celery, coriander, water bamboo shoots, mushrooms, and tomato juice contain plant secondary substances that affect enzymes and are prone to false positives. When processing such samples, whole plant(body)vegetable extraction or surface determination method can be used. For some vegetables with high chlorophyll content, this method can also be adopted to reduce the interference of pigments.
Storage:
Frozen(or refrigerated)storage with a shelf life of one year; After opening the small bag,it must be sealed before storage and used up as soon as possible.
Specification:One pack of 200 sheets
