  Karen isβ2-receptor agonists,belonging to the class of renins,also known as"lean meat scenery",are a type of asthma medication with the trade name.This is neither veterinary medicine nor feed additive,but an adrenal nerve stimulant.Klein can significantly promote animal growth and increase lean meat percentage.It can change the metabolic pathways in animals,promote protein synthesis in muscles,especially skeletal muscles,inhibit fat synthesis,accelerate growth rate,increase lean meat,and improve carcass quality.Karen is well absorbed in livestock and humans,and compared to othersβ-Compared to stimulants,their bioavailability is high,leading to poisoning when consuming pork containing Karen.
  This product is a Karen colloidal gold rapid detection card used for qualitative detection of Karen residues in pig,cow,and sheep tissues.The entire detection process only takes about 3-5 minutes.

  Sample processing
  1.Take 4 grams of lean meat or tissue,chop them into minced meat,place them in a 5 milliliter freezer tube,tighten the tube cap,boil in 100 degree boiling water for 5 minutes,cool,and aspirate the liquid from the freezer tube,which is the sample solution to be tested(centrifuge if possible)
  2.Use a dropper to aspirate 3 drops(about 100ul)of the sample solution to be tested and mix with 3 drops(about 100ul)of the dedicated extraction solution to form the detection reaction solution.
  [Usage Steps]
  1.Before testing,read the instruction manual completely.Before use,restore the test card and sample solution to room temperature of 4-30℃.
  2.Remove the testing card from the original packaging bag and use it as soon as possible within one hour after opening.
  3.Place the detection card flat,use a dropper to absorb the solution of the sample to be tested,slowly and vertically add 2-3 drops into the sample well,and start timing after adding the sample.
  4.The result should be read within 3-5 minutes,and interpretation at other times is invalid.Determine the result based on the schematic diagram.
  【Result judgment】

  S negative(-):Two purple red bands appear.Indicates that the sample does not contain Karen or its concentration is below the detection limit.
  Positive(+):If the T-line does not show color,it indicates that the Karen concentration in the sample is above the detection limit.
  Invalid:No quality control C-line appears,indicating incorrect operation or detection card failure.In this case,carefully read the manual again and retest with a new detection card.If the problem persists,immediately stop using this batch of products and contact the local supplier.
  Limitations of testing methods
  1.This product is only a qualitative detection method and its concentration cannot be determined.
  2.This product is only for preliminary screening use,and the test results cannot be used as a basis for diagnosis.Two analytical methods must be used to determine the results,and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS)is currently the better method for confirming analysis.
  Precision
  Simultaneously using this product and Karen liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry tandem mass spectrometry,150 samples,including 94 negative samples and 56 positive samples,were tested.The test results showed that the conformity rate between this product and mass spectrometry was 100%.
