[Product Introduction]
  This product is used for rapid detection of African swine fever virus antigen in suspected diseased and dead pigs.It is convenient and fast,and the entire detection process takes about 15 minutes.It is suitable for preliminary screening of various food processing,slaughtering and breeding enterprises and testing institutions.
  [Detection Principle]
  This product uses colloidal gold rapid immunochromatography technology to detect African swine fever virus antigen.After adding the diluted sample to the test strip and sample well,if there is African swine fever virus antigen in the sample,the virus antigen will specifically bind with the colloidal gold labeled African swine fever antibody,forming a complex that moves along the chromatography membrane and is captured by the pre coated protein on the chromatography membrane,forming a purple red detection line at the T-position of the cartridge.If there is no African swine fever virus antigen in the sample,no visible lines will form at position T.In addition,a C-line is also designed in the system to verify the effectiveness of the experiment.Regardless of whether the result is negative or positive,the line should be colored,otherwise it will be considered an invalid result.

  Sample processing
  1.Whole blood and saliva(recommended for use)
  Collect a certain amount of pig anticoagulant whole blood or saliva samples using a dry and clean centrifuge tube or appropriate container.Use a dropper to take 2 drops of the sample into a small tube containing lysis diluent,mix well,and wait for testing.
  2.Serum(clearer interpretation,but lower viral content in serum)
  Take 2 milliliters of pig anticoagulant whole blood sample collected,centrifuge at 3500 rpm for 5 minutes,and use a dropper to take 2 drops of the upper serum sample into a small tube containing lysis diluent.Mix well and wait for testing.
  3.Tissue samples(virus content varies in different parts of the tissue samples,it is recommended to gonorrhea)
  Samples from areas such as balding,intestinal mucosa,etc
  Homogenize a certain amount of tissue sample with a mixer,weigh 0.1 grams of homogenized tissue sample(about the size of one grain of rice),place it in a small tube containing lysis diluent,vigorously shake and mix well,and directly add the upper liquid for testing.
  [Usage Steps]
  1.Before conducting the test,read the user manual thoroughly and restore the test card and sample solution to room temperature before use.
  2.Remove the testing card from the original packaging bag and use it as soon as possible within one hour after opening.
  3.Place the detection card flat,use a dropper to absorb the cracked sample solution,add 2 drops to the sample well,and start timing.The result should be read within 5-15 minutes.Other times are invalid for interpretation,and the result should be determined according to the schematic diagram.

  Positive(+):The two purple red lines in position C and T indicate that the sample is positive
  Containing African swine fever virus
  Negative(-):Only the purple red line appears in position C and the wireless line appears in position T,indicating that the sample does not contain African swine fever virus
  Invalid:No quality control C-line appears,indicating incorrect operation or detection card failure.
  【Precautions】
  1.Please use the testing card within its shelf life and within one hour after opening:
  2.Avoid direct sunlight and direct fan blowing during testing;
  3.Try not to touch the white film surface in the center of the detection card;
  4.The sample dropper should not be mixed to avoid cross contamination;
  5.Do not use sample diluents that are not included with this reagent;
  6.The detection card after use should be treated as a microbial hazardous material;
