Sardine Rapid Detection Card Lean Meat Sardine Gold Label Detection Card

[Product Introduction]
This product does not require any instruments and is used to detect sardine residues in urine and animal tissues.The entire detection process only takes about 3-5 minutes,with a sensitivity of 5ng/ml(5ppb).
Product composition
Rapid detection card for sardine colloidal gold(50 pieces/box)
Dropper(1 piece/bag)
Desiccant(1 piece/bag)
Sample processing
1.Urine
Collect approximately 5ml using a dry and clean centrifuge tube or appropriate container
Urine.If not tested immediately,urine samples can be stored for 24 hours by refrigeration at 2-8℃
When young,be careful to avoid corruption causing failure or pollution.
2.Animal tissues and viscera
Add more than 4 grams of lean meat or visceral samples(the finer the better)into 5ml
In the centrifuge tube(preferably filled with three-quarters of the tube),tighten the tube
Cover(do not let water enter the pipe).Centrifuge tube containing the sample
After heating in a water bath above 90℃for minutes(the meat is cooked thoroughly),take
Cool to room temperature;Remove the tissue exudate and add double the volume of
Dilution solution,mix well and wait for testing
Usage Steps:
1.Before conducting the test,read the user manual thoroughly and restore the test card and sample solution to room temperature before use.
2.Remove the testing card from the original packaging bag and use it as soon as possible within one hour after opening.
3.Place the detection card flat,use a dropper to draw the solution of the sample to be tested,and vertically add 2 drops into the sampling hole.After adding the sample,start timing.
4.The results should be read within 3-5 minutes,and interpretation at other times is invalid.Determine the results based on the schematic diagram.
【Result judgment】
The following two situations are invalid
S negative(-):Two purple red bands appear.Indicates that the concentration of sardine in the sample is below 5ppb or not present.
Positive(+):If the T-line does not show color,it indicates that the concentration of sardine in the sample is higher than 5ppb.
Invalid s:No quality control C-line appears,indicating incorrect operation or detection card failure
【Precautions】
1.Please use the testing card once within its shelf life;
2.Avoid direct sunlight and direct fan blowing during testing;
3.Try not to touch the white film surface in the center of the detection card;
4.Urine droppers should not be mixed to avoid cross contamination;
5.If there is sediment or turbidity in the urine sample,please centrifuge before testing;
6.Please contact the supplier for any issues encountered during the experiment.
7.If you need to directly test the standard,please prepare it with mixed negative pig urine.
[Storage and expiration date]
The original packaging should be stored at 4-30℃,in a cool,dark,and dry place,and should not be frozen;The validity period is 24 months.The expiration date and batch number can be found on the outer packaging.
