Brucellosis detection card
  Background Introduction
  Brucella disease is a zoonotic disease characterized by invasion of the reproductive system.Its main clinical manifestations include orchitis,lymphadenitis,arthritis,miscarriage,infertility,and other diseases,posing a great threat to the physical health of genetic breeding and livestock practitioners.This disease is generally characterized by invisible infections,often with a latent period of 2 to 25 weeks.This product conducts immunochromatographic experiments on animal serum,plasma,or milk samples,and detects Brucella specific antibodies to quickly determine whether the tested animal is infected with Brucella.
  ²Detection principle
  This product uses rapid immunochromatography technology for detecting Brucella antibodies.After adding the diluted sample to the sample well of the test strip card,if there is Brucella antibody in the sample,the antibody will specifically bind with the colloidal gold labeled Brucella LPS antigen,forming a complex that moves along the chromatography membrane and is captured by the pre coated protein on the chromatography membrane,forming a wine red detection line at the T-position of the cartridge.If there are no Brucella antibodies in the sample,no visible lines will form at the T position.In addition,a C-line is also designed in the system to verify the effectiveness of the experiment.Regardless of whether the result is negative or positive,the line should be colored,otherwise it will be considered an invalid result.
  ²Product composition
  -Brucella antibody detection card:20 bags/box
  -Dropper:1 piece/bag;Specification:20uL/drop
  -Desiccant:1 part/bag
  -Dilution solution(1.0mL/bottle,20 parts)
  -Instructions:1 copy/box
  ²Storage and expiration date
  Store at a temperature of 4-30℃,in a cool,dark,and dry place,and do not freeze;The validity period is 24 months.
  ²Usage steps
  Before testing,please carefully read the user manual and restore the test card and sample to room temperature of 15-25℃.
  1.Collect fresh whole blood,let it stand and separate serum or centrifuge plasma samples,and ensure that there is no turbidity or precipitation in the samples.Take 20 with a dropperμAdd L(1 drop)to a diluent tube,mix well,and set aside.If the sample is a milk sample,20 can be taken directlyμAdd the L sample to the diluent tube and mix well for later use.
  2.Take out a piece of inspection card bag and tear it open.Take out the inspection card and place it horizontally on the operating platform.
  3.Add 3-4 drops of diluted sample into the sample well"S".
  Observation results within 4.5-10 minutes,invalid results after 15 minutes.
  ²Result judgment
  S positive(+):Both control line C and detection line T have wine red bands indicating the presence of Brucella antibodies in the sample.
  S negative(-):If the T-line does not show color,it indicates that the sample does not contain antibodies against Brucella.
  Invalid s:No quality control C-line or whiteboard appears,indicating incorrect operation or detection card failure.Please retest.
  ²matters needing attention
  1.Please use the testing card within its shelf life and within one hour after opening:
  2.Avoid direct sunlight and direct fan blowing during testing;
  3.Try not to touch the white film surface in the center of the detection card;
  4.The sample dropper should not be mixed to avoid cross contamination;
  5.Do not use sample diluents that are not included with this reagent;
  6.The detection card after use should be treated as a microbial hazardous material;
  ²Application limitations
  This product is an immunological diagnostic kit and is only used to provide qualitative test results for clinical testing of pet diseases.If you have any doubts about the test results,please use other diagnostic methods(such as PCR,pathogen isolation test,etc.)to further analyze and confirm the detected samples.If pathological analysis is required,please consult your local veterinarian.
